My name is Jason Kirby, and for most of my life I struggled with my weight, my confidence, and the quiet shame and embarrassment that came with avoiding photos, memories, and moments I should have been proud of.
On December 15th, 2024, I hit a breaking point. No dramatic movie moment — just a simple realization:
I was done living a life that didn’t feel like it was mine.
I set a goal to lose 125 pounds in one year, 350 pounds to 225 pounds. Through discipline, structure, and a relentless commitment to change, I accomplished it a full month early in November of 2025.
That journey wasn’t just physical. I rebuilt my habits, my mindset, my relationship with food, my sleep, my stress, and ultimately my belief in myself.
